The West Kootenay Toy Run Association monthly board meeting at Twin Rivers Elementary School in Castlegar. You don't HAVE to ride a motorcycle to be a part of this great group of people! As 2012 is our 25th Anniversary year, we are actively seeking volunteers to help with our events, including our annual Father's Day Poker Run June 17th 2012, and our annual Toy Run event September 9th 2012. Come & check out Nakusp's 2nd Annual Winter Carnival, Feb. 10-12, 2012. Kicking off the weekend, is a Chili Cook-off & torch light parade on Friday 10th, at the Summit Lake Ski Hill, and back down at the arena the Nakusp Falcons take on the Sr. Falcons in a fundraiser hockey game.
